A high-performing franchise automobile dealership in Lewisville is looking for a Used Car Director to lead our dynamic pre-owned department! This is not an entry-level role. We're seeking a results-driven individual with strong experience in:

• Retail and wholesale vehicle operations
• Inventory acquisition and management
• Auction and private-party buying
• Deal structuring and finance
• Reconditioning oversight and cost control Responsibilities include: Full accountability for all used car operations Managing inventory turn and aging Leading reconditioning workflow and vendor relationships Maximizing front-end and back-end gross Working closely with variable ops and finance teams Building a high-performing sales team and buyer network
