The Hospital Financial Controller will play a pivotal role within the Finance department, guiding accounting operations, budgeting, revenue cycle collaboration, payroll oversight, and long-term financial planning. This finance and accounting division supports operational leaders with real-time dashboards, forecasting models, and performance analytics that influence hospital-wide strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Hospital Financial Controller will oversee accounting staff, support audits and regulatory compliance, manage month-end close processes, and ensure adherence to GAAP and healthcare-specific financial regulations. The Healthcare Controller will partner closely with service line directors, revenue cycle leaders, and friendly nursing teams to align financial goals with clinical excellence.
