We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, 1+ years of accounting leadership experience, and manufacturing, industrial, or distribution accounting experience. Job Description Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and financial reporting. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Prepare accurate financial statements and management reporting. Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies. Manage inventory accounting, cost accounting, standard costing, job costing, and variance analysis. Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to improve financial visibility and costing accuracy. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary contact for external auditors. Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes. Support treasury activities, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and financial compliance. Lead ERP administration, system improvements, and reporting enhancements. Develop KPIs and financial reporting tools that support business decisions. Mentor, develop, and lead the accounting team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. 1+ years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience. Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution accounting experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Experience with ERP systems. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
CPA, MBA, ERP
implementation experience, and strong cost accounting experience are highly preferred.
