Job Description
Job Summary This position is responsible for leading the company's accounting, financial, administrative, and operational functions. This position oversees financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll, compliance, and office operations while partnering with executive leadership to support strategic planning, improve business performance, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports while ensuring compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, audits, internal controls, and company policies.
- Manage administrative and operational functions, including vendor relationships, purchasing, insurance, facilities, records management, and human resources administration.
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, improve business operations, oversee special projects, and provide financial analysis to support informed decision-making and organizational growth. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; CPA preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, business management, or a related leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
