It has leveraged the success of this product to introduce additional fan blades on the GEnx Engines that power the Boeing 787 and Boeing 747-8. Our manufacturing process is one of a kind Our benefits are competitive: Medical, compensation, etc. Short term disability (paid 100%) Permissive Time Off (Unlimited) Work-life balance Intermittent Re-mote work is available Summary/Objective The Controller is responsible for leading the team and activities that are encompassing plant-level cost accounting, timekeeping, reporting, analytics and administering company payroll as well as maintaining the accounts payable and receivables functions and seeking funding. The Controller is also responsible for overseeing and/or performing audit function for plant accounting and institutes accounting controls as necessary. The Controller creates information reports for year-end tax filing purposes. Essential Functions
- Must have proven leadership skills to lead the Finance team.
- Promote CFAN core values and lead by example
- Must be able to develop and coordinate appropriate financial and accounting policies and practices.
- Must ensure the safekeeping of the funds, inventories and properties of CFAN.
- Must be able to perform budgeting, internal audits, taxes, general accounting, cost accounting, asset control, insurance and financial reporting.
- Must be able to supervise all accounting and payroll personnel
- Act as CFO's Financial Advisor, providing to the CFO all financial analysis for CFAN
- Lead the planning and the Budget exercises.
- Review and Manage with the CFO all Financials, Metrics, and Budget reporting.
- Analyze and interpret Financial and Budget reports as needed to Senior VP & CFO, President, and shareholders.
- Propose to the CFO the due action plans to improve CFAN Financial and Economic Performances.
- Have to do his/her best and to ensure accurate and timely performance of all accounting functions.
- Integrate and fill all Financial Obligations, Budget and Forecasts reports on Share Holders Requests.
- Advise the CFO on Return on any Investment, Return on Expenses, Cash Flow Performances, A/R & A/P levels and recovery, Line of Credit Amount, Profitability on Assets, Stocks & Inventory levels.
- Work with the CFO to develop and implement adapted accounting, cost accounting and Budget tools and methodology.
- Work with the CFO to develop a Strategic and Long Term Goals and Regulatory Compliance of reporting.
- Develop a strong understanding of Financial Analysis, Cost Accounting, Budgeting with all CFAN Managers and CFAN Leaders, and Forecasting methods consistent with Share Holders' needs and expectations.
- Partner and Lead as needed with all Auditors on any Tax and Fiscal purposes, Financial Audits, Share Holders Audits, Transfer Price Analysis from CFAN to FBA.
- All other duties as assigned by leadership Competencies Strong Communication Organizational Skills Ethical Conduct Analytical/ Data Driven Time Management Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration plus 7 years' experience in business finance and accounting.
