Avir Health Group is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Operations to lead a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities throughout South Texas, including the San Antonio, Houston, and Rio Grande Valley markets. This is not a desk job. We're looking for a hands-on operational leader who loves being in buildings, building relationships, coaching administrators, solving problems, and driving results. What You'll Do Provide operational leadership and oversight for a multi-facility skilled nursing portfolio Develop and mentor Nursing Home Administrators and facility leadership teams Drive census growth, quality outcomes, financial performance, and regulatory compliance Partner with clinical, reimbursement, HR, and business development teams to achieve company goals Analyze labor, PPD, overtime, census, and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Lead facilities through surveys, acquisitions, turnarounds, and strategic initiatives Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, teamwork, and resident-centered care What We're Looking For Skilled Nursing Facility operational leadership experience required Multi-facility leadership experience strongly preferred Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator in Texas Proven success improving quality measures, census, labor management, and financial performance Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to travel throughout the assigned region Why Avir?
