Position Overview ES Solar is seeking an experienced, field-credible Vice President of Construction to lead all installation operations. This executive will set construction strategy, drive safe and consistent execution, and ensure quality, productivity, schedule, cost, and customer-service goals are achieved across geographically dispersed markets. Must be located within a drive distance of the Corp. Office located in Layton, Utah or will to relocate. Candidate will work along side of current VP until January, 2027 and take over position at that time. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full construction and installation organization, from planning and field execution through commissioning and completion.
• Directly manage approximately five to six construction managers and oversee supporting corporate staff.
• Provide indirect leadership for roughly 100 employees across field and support functions.
• Establish clear standards, operating rhythms, performance measures, and accountability across all markets.
• Build a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with applicable electrical codes, licensing requirements, permits, inspections, utilities, and company policies.
• Improve installation quality, productivity, scheduling, cost control, and customer outcomes.
• Develop leaders, strengthen workforce planning, and ensure teams have the training, tools, and support needed to succeed.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth and operating priorities. Required Qualifications
• Current journeyman electrician license, or the demonstrated experience and eligibility required to obtain the applicable journeyman license by December 31, 2026.
• Extensive experience with AC electrical systems, electrical construction, code compliance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and field safety.
• Deep knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, solar-panel installation, battery energy storage systems, and associated field practices.
• Proven success leading construction managers, field teams, and corporate support functions at meaningful scale.
• Strong business judgment, financial awareness, communication skills, and decision-making ability.
• Ability to balance safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience directing solar, battery, electrical, or related construction operations across multiple states.
• Working knowledge of differing state licensing, permitting, inspection, utility, and electrical-code requirements.
• Experience in a fast-growing organization with approximately $100 million or more in annual revenue.
• A track record of scaling teams, standardizing operations, and developing high-performing leaders.
