$130,000-$150,000/year , depending on experience Management-level position Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, general ledger, cash management, and month-end close Lead month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare and review financial statements and management reports Oversee manufacturing, cost, and inventory accounting Monitor inventory valuation, turnover, working capital, production costs, labor, materials, overhead, yield, and scrap Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, financial projections, and cash flow forecasts Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to management Develop financial models and analysis to support pricing, profitability, capital expenditures, and other business decisions Work closely with Operations, Production, Purchasing, Sales, and other departments to identify opportunities to improve margins and reduce costs Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, lenders, insurance providers, and other outside professionals Oversee tax, insurance, compliance, and financial reporting matters Establish and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Support financial and operational due diligence for business initiatives and strategic transactions Lead, develop, and support the accounting team Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, processes, reporting, and technology Perform other accounting, finance, and management duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience 3+ years of management-level experience Strong manufacturing, cost accounting, and inventory accounting experience Experience managing financial reporting and month-end/year-end close processes Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Experience working with auditors, tax professionals, lenders, and other external stakeholders Experience with accounting software and ERP systems Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills Experience implementing or transitioning to new accounting, ERP, or technology solutions is a plus CPA certification preferred but not required Experience in food, beverage, consumer products, or other manufacturing industries strongly preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for a hands-on and experienced accounting leader who can oversee the company's financial operations while also working closely with leadership and other departments.
