Job Description

Kapsons LLC is hiring a Sr. Oracle Fusion Enterprise Lead to own the Fusion Finance & EPM applications portfolio for a growing enterprise client. Contract-to-hire, 3 days/week onsite.

Location:

Candidates must be based near one of our client hub markets, including San Diego, CA , Minneapolis, MN , or the Washington, D.C. area (Arlington, VA) - additional locations available. What you'll do: Lead the Fusion Finance & EPM applications team, overseeing production support and system stability Drive the strategic roadmap for enhancements, implementations, and continuous improvement Provide leadership across GL, AP, AR, FA, EPM, and PPM Partner with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, and PMO leadership Drive standardization, governance, scalability, and business alignment

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience across Oracle Fusion Finance and EPM Strong stakeholder management skills Able to work onsite 3 days/week at one of the listed hub locations
