Job Description

Senior Vice President The Senior Vice President, Operations is the senior executive responsible for the overall leadership and performance of a multi-market region, with full accountability for financial results, operational excellence, customer success, employee engagement, compliance, and business growth. This role has full accountability for regional profit and loss, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, compliance, business development, and operational execution. Success in this role requires a business leader who can balance operational excellence with commercial growth while building high-performing teams and lasting customer partnerships. This is an on-site position at our Ashburn, Virginia office.
Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of regional operations to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives. Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company goals. Partner with executive leadership to support enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic priorities. Maintain full P&L ownership for an operating region, through strong working capital management, expense control, and margin improvement. Develop annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor financial performance through key performance indicators and implement corrective actions when necessary. Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining exceptional customer service. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and contract expansion. Promote a customer-centric culture across the region. Drive performance through operational metrics, service quality, productivity, and workforce optimization. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and profitability. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous development. Lead through a team of regional leaders by establishing clear expectations, accountability, and development plans. Foster employee engagement and reinforce Prosegur's values throughout the organization. Lead and develop a cross-functional regional leadership team, including Operations, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, and other key functional leaders. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, licensing requirements, labor regulations, and company policies. Maintain oversight of operational risk management, contract compliance, and quality assurance programs. Promote a culture of safety, ethics, and operational integrity. Lead incident review and corrective action processes when necessary.
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience. Multi-State leadership experience with full P&L responsibility. Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams. Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth and operational performance. Executive-level customer relationship management experience. Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
