Richmond, VA Compensation Opportunity:
$250,000-$300,000 Loyalty Toyota is seeking an experienced, well-connected and performance-driven F&I Director to lead and elevate our Finance and Insurance team. Loyalty Toyota is a high-volume, profitable dealership and part of Loyalty Automotive, a highly successful, locally owned group of dealerships and collision repair centers headquartered in Richmond. This position offers an accomplished F&I professional the opportunity to lead within a strong operation while building a long-term career with a growing automotive organization. The F&I Director will drive department performance, strengthen lender relationships, ensure compliance, develop team members and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations and performance of the F&I department Create a smooth, professional and efficient experience for every customer Explain financing options, terms and approval pathways clearly Present financing and vehicle-protection products Develop forecasts, strategies and performance plans to achieve growth and profitability goals Recruit, coach and manage F&I team members Build and maintain productive relationships with lenders, banks and credit unions Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and company policies Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently Provide reporting, analysis and performance recommendations to senior management Collaborate with general managers, sales managers and other leaders to optimize deal flow Assist with deal structuring and vehicle appraisals as needed Required Skills and Experience Demonstrated success in automotive finance and insurance Senior-level F&I experience; director, manager or multi-location leadership experience preferred Established lender relationships and extensive knowledge of lender programs Experience working with a range of credit profiles and complex approvals Strong leadership, coaching and team-development skills Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities Sound judgment, professionalism and integrity Proficiency with dealership technology and software systems Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive, performance-based compensation package with earning potential of $250,000-$300,000, along with: 401(k) and profit-sharing opportunities Health and dental insurance Paid vacation and sick leave Opportunities for professional growth and advancement

Up to $300,000.00 per year
