Inside IR35 An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Finance to join a major public sector organisation. This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading Finance and Procurement functions, overseeing a budget of approximately GBP500m, and providing strategic financial advice at Executive level. Key Responsibilities Lead Finance and Procurement functions Oversee budgeting, forecasting and medium-term financial planning Ensure effective financial governance, controls and compliance Lead Annual Accounts and Audit processes Advise senior executives on financial strategy and budget allocation Lead Budget and Spending Reviews Manage relationships with key public sector stakeholders Essential Requirements Fully CCAB qualified accountant Membership of a recognised professional accountancy body Significant senior-level financial management experience Strong technical financial accounting background Experience of financial strategy, governance and risk management Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience delivering organisational change and improvement initiatives Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG•The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
