full-time Our client, a well-known non-profit is seeking a Finance Director. The role offers work/life balance and an opportunity to work for a vital and enduring organization.
Duties:
Work closely with and provide financial decision support for the Executive Director. Serve as a leader to multiple teammates and provide guidance and opportunity. Serve as member of the planning committee and serve as a liaison to the board. Take ownership of the development and monitoring of annual organizational budgets. Participate with Executive Director on negotiating and maintaining contracts. Education/Experience Accounting or related degree. Advanced degree preferred CPA preferred 7 plus years progressive experience in accounting Prior leadership experience Non-profit experience preferred LHH is highly regarded as an industry leader.
