Job Description
Controller Overview Are you a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in a fast-paced service environment? Construction/Service company that is PE backed and growing by acquisitions, is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations, lead a small accounting team, and provide strategic financial insight to executive leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys improving processes, managing financial reporting, and partnering with leadership to support business growth. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day accounting operations across multiple intercompany entities. Manage and mentor a team including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing personnel. Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and financial analyses. Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries. Partner with executive leadership to support financial planning and business decision-making. Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Coordinate with external CPA partners during year-end financial statement preparation. Who You Are Experienced financial professional with at least 3 years of financial management and daily financial oversight experience . Proven leader with experience managing and developing accounting staff. Strong background in financial reporting, cash flow management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. Advanced user of QuickBooks , Microsoft Office, and CRM software. ServiceTitan experience is a plus #
