Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and strategic Controller to join a growing international company in the Spokane - Coeur d Alene area. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the organization's financial health is accurately reported. As a key member of the management team, you will collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies, provide critical insights, and drive informed decision-making.
Three (3) weeks of Vacation annually.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide actionable financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions and investments.
- Manage and mentor the financial team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks while establishing effective internal controls and robust processes.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor financial performance and cost estimates to ensure accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Support the accurate setup, performance, and maintenance of projects and contracts in compliance with company policies.
