The Position The Director of Finance/Controller serves as a key financial leader responsible for the strategic oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and internal controls. Serve as the finance lead for a major enterprise resource planning (ERP) transition, partnering with organizational leaders to successfully implement a new financial system while improving budgeting processes, streamlining workflows, and positioning the finance department for future growth and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer, Revenue Cycle leadership, and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and alignment between operational performance and the organization's strategic priorities. While Revenue Cycle is led separately, this role is expected to build a strong partnership that supports the organization's overall financial success.
