Job Description

This role oversees accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions and operational excellence. The Controller will ensure accurate GAAP-compliant reporting, strong internal controls, and insightful cost and margin analysis. Partner closely with operations leadership, mentor a small finance team, and drive continuous improvement in financial processes in a collaborative, innovation-focused culture.
