Job Description:
We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization in Waukesha, WI that is seeking a hands-on, analytical Division Controller to serve as a key financial leader within their production facility. This is a highly visible, business-critical role working directly with plant leadership to drive performance, improve processes, and strengthen financial visibility across the operation. What you'll do:
  • Lead all plant financial reporting, month-end close, and compliance activities (GAAP)
  • Own cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis to improve profitability
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting aligned with operational goals
  • Strengthen internal controls and support audit readiness
  • Partner closely with plant leadership to influence operational decision-making
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams in a continuous improvement environment What we're looking for:
  • 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, including leadership in manufacturing
  • Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong operational curiosity
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA a plus) This role offers strong visibility, meaningful impact on operations, and the opportunity to influence both day-to-day performance and long-term strategy within a growing manufacturing environment.
