C Green Bay, WI Schedule:

Full-time, with occasional evening and community event participation. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred. Five or more years of commercial lending and relationship management experience required.

Requirements:

A Day in the Life As a Vice President, Commercial Banker, you'll be responsible for growing, developing, managing, and retaining a portfolio of commercial relationships while serving as a trusted financial advisor to business clients.

Responsibilities include:

Developing and managing a high-quality commercial loan portfolio. Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and attract new business. Monitoring portfolio performance and maintaining sound credit quality. Serving as a trusted advisor by understanding each client's financial goals and providing strategic banking solutions. Collaborating with internal partners to deliver an exceptional client experience. Mentoring and supporting emerging talent within the commercial banking team. Representing the organization through active involvement in community organizations, networking events, and business development activities. Contributing to the continued success of our organization as we prepare for our transition to Landmark Credit Union. And much more!
