We are seeking an experienced, community‑minded Vice President of Commercial Lending to join our Bellevue team as an individual contributor who builds strong business relationships and supports the long‑term financial success of our customers and communities. About the Role The Vice President of Commercial Lending develops, manages, and grows commercial banking relationships while ensuring sound credit decisions and exceptional service. This role partners closely with credit, loan operations, retail, and fellow commercial lenders, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. You will serve as a trusted advisor to businesses across the Green Bay area, helping them access the financial tools they need to thrive. What You'll Do Lead commercial lending activities — Interview applicants, assess creditworthiness, structure loans, and make decisions within lending authority. Underwrite and manage loans — Ensure loans meet policy guidelines, review closing documents, and monitor ongoing performance. Build strong customer relationships — Serve as a financial partner to new and existing commercial clients. Drive business development — Identify opportunities, cross‑sell services, and support bank‑wide growth strategies. Collaborate across the bank — Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. What You Bring Extensive commercial lending experience — Bachelor's degree and 8-9 years of lending experience or equivalent. Advanced credit and financial analysis skills with the ability to evaluate complex business needs. Strong sales and business development abilities with a self‑motivated, customer‑focused approach.
