Controller Role:
Lead the accounting function and serve as a key financial partner to operational leadership Play a significant role in the implementation of new business systems Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, providing meaningful financial insights to leadership Manage and enhance WIP reporting to ensure accurate project financial visibility Partner closely with project managers to review costs, profitability, and overall project performance Act as the primary financial liaison between accounting, operations, service, and project teams Develop financial reporting that helps leaders make informed business decisions Monitor financial performance trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies Support month-end and year-end close activities while maintaining strong internal controls Requirements for the
Controller Role:
Construction, mechanical contracting, or project-based industry experience is required Bachelors degree in Accounting with prior Controller experience or experience in a senior accounting leadership role Experience participating in or leading ERP/software implementations #LI-AE1 EB-1601959389
