Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly financial close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business decision-making. Supervise and develop two direct reports within the accounting department. Partner closely with the President to provide financial insights, recommendations, and strategic support. Drive process improvements and support organizational initiatives in a changing and evolving business environment. Qualifications 5+ years of senior-level accounting or finance leadership experience within a similarly sized organization. Experience overseeing the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and month-end close. Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting staff. Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executive leadership.
