2988837721-2 Apply for this job now Job Description ProAmpac is seeking a Site Controller to lead finance for our Manufacturing & Production facility. Reporting to Finance, you will own site-level budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, partnering closely with Operations to optimize efficiency, product costing, and inventory. You will oversee monthly close, financial reporting, and KPI development, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing finance leader who thrives in an innovative, team-oriented, and sustainability-focused culture. Responsibilities Lead site-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for manufacturing operations Provide cost accounting, variance analysis, and margin reporting to support plant leadership Partner with Production and Operations to optimize efficiency, inventory control, and product costing Ensure accuracy of monthly closes, financial statements, and compliance with corporate policies Develop KPIs and dashboards to track performance and drive continuous improvement Support capital investment business cases and ROI analysis Lead and mentor local finance team members and promote a culture of accountability Required Skills Cost accounting Manufacturing finance Financial planning & analysis (FP&A) Budgeting and forecasting Standard costing and variance analysis Inventory accounting ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) Advanced Excel and financial modeling Data analysis and KPI reporting Internal controls and compliance
