Purpose of Position:

Lead Finance / Accounting department by providing information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that will assist leadership (including owner) in making educated economic decisions with regards to the company's current and future state.

Position Overview:

CLLB Controller has primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance departments activities. Will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Oversee all team members of the Accounting/Finance Department and all Accounting and Finance functions of CLLB and their individual entity accountants. Responsible for establishing the individual entity accounting standard operating procedures. Manage and lead the process for the selection and implementation of accounting software where necessary Oversee the accounting activities Oversee the activities of accounts payable Oversee the activities of the accounts receivable department Responsible for and oversight of sales and use tax. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related) and 5 - 7 years of related experience Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
