Target Compensation:
$135,000 - $150,000 Key Responsibilities for the
Assistant Controller:
Own the cash management process, including weekly 13-week rolling cash forecasts and reporting for leadership and private equity ownership Manage the monthly close process, financial reporting package preparation, journal entry approvals, and account reconciliation reviews Perform financial analysis including month-over-month, quarterly, trend, indirect expense, and SG&A analysis Lead and develop accounting team members, including oversight of the AP Manager and Senior Accountant Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls to support continued growth and acquisitions Qualifications for the
Assistant Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within industry environments Prior leadership experience managing accounting staff Strong cash management, financial close, and financial analysis experience Experience working in rapidly growing, changing, or acquisition-driven organizations Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and lookup functions #INSEP2026
