LSE Assistant/PT Hourly The Florida Bar - 3.8 Tallahassee, FL Job Details Part-time $15.45 an hour 18 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Quality data entry Full Job Description Le g al Specialization and Education ( LSE ) Assistant , Part-time/Hourly The Florida Bar's Legal Specialization and Education department is seeking a part-time/hourly LSE Assistant. Will work 8:00am - 1:00pm, Monday-Friday. The LSE Assistant will be responsible for processing CLE mail and assisting with answering telephone calls and routing the calls to the appropriate area during peak times. Will also provide additional support to the Department as needed.

Position is part-time /hourly
Pay Rate:
$15.45 an hour
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm.
Required minimum education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or related work experience, including strong customer service skills, proven ability to work in a highly structured environment which seldom varies and is performed in accordance to established instructions, data entry and other computer-related skills. Knowledge of some areas of law is helpful.
Additional Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and Outlook. Excellent telephone skills including pleasant speaking voice and ability to articulate clearly and listen effectively.
