Entry-Level Data Entry / Insurance Representative

Salary Range:

$31,000.00

No prior insurance experience needed—just a willingness to learn and desire to grow with the company. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay motivated. Must be able to obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license in the future (we will guide you through the process). Responsibilities Data Entry

• Enter and manage client and policy data accurately within our systems Quoting/Customer Service
• Assist with quoting, renewals, payments, and client follow-ups Administrative
• Provide administrative support to licensed team members Professional Communication
• Communicate with clients by phone and email with professionalism and positivity Technology
• Learn agency workflows, systems, and insurance basics to prepare for licensing and promotion
