Learn more at www.cranecurrency.com How you will make an impact: As a Financial Accountant at Crane Currency Malta, you will play a key role in managing the company's cash requirements, banking relationships, and treasury-related accounting activities to ensure sufficient liquidity, accuracy, and compliance across international operations. This hands-on role works closely with U.S. Treasury, local accounting teams, tax compliance, and global finance partners to support cash movements, forecasting, and month end reporting. Your expertise in treasury operations, foreign exchange, and intercompany accounting will help ensure effective funding activity and financial controls across the business.

• Manage daily treasury operations for Malta Finco bank accounts, ensuring adequate liquidity to support business entities
• Execute fund sweeps based on operational funding requirements
• Monitor and manage intercompany balances, loans, and interest calculations
• Perform or coordinate foreign exchange (FX) transactions related to funding and exposures
• Prepare and review reconciliations for bank accounts, intercompany positions, and interest at month end
• Support month end FX revaluation, reporting, and audit documentation
• Prepare and update cash flow forecasts, including liquidity, interest, FX impacts, and intercompany settlements
• Collaborate with global finance, treasury, tax, and sales teams to support banking needs, treasury initiatives, and bank guarantees Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-5+ years of treasury, cash management, accounting, or related finance experience
• Experience with bank platforms and treasury management systems (TMS/TWS)
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and foreign exchange concepts
• Proficiency with Excel and financial analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience working in a multinational company environment
• Knowledge of transfer pricing, interest calculations, and funding structures
• Exposure to FX hedging, forecasting, or liquidity planning
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.
