Prepare monthly financial statements, month end close, forecasts, and variance analyses for site management.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Required proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Industry Knowledge:

Experience with production processes and shop floor operations.

Communication:

Ability to translate complex data into clear messages for stakeholders.

Here's what you'll do: Lead Financial Reporting & Business Partnering o Prepare and present monthly financial statements, forecasts, and operations reports to Top Management. o Conduct cost and variance analyses and turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations. o Ensure financial accuracy through journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance with reporting standards. o Drive automation to simplify processes and streamline reporting with central Operations Finance and local partners. o Partner with Operations to implement costavoidance and productivity measures. Drive Budgeting & Performance Management o Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process across all Operations departments. o Support KPI dashboards, scorecards, and datadriven performance discussions. o Leverage analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Optimize Inventory & Strengthen Operational Excellence o Monitor inventory levels, turnover, and stock efficiency. o Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to improve inventory utilization. o Share insights and global best practices across our manufacturing network. o Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend datadriven improvements.
