Financial Analyst Salary:
$70,000 – $80,000

  • Analyze financial and operational data to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and trend identification
  • Build and maintain financial models to support pricing, investment decisions, and business planning
  • Assist with annual budgets, long-range planning, and periodic reforecasts
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from leadership
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports
  • Partner with accounting and operations to reconcile data and investigate discrepancies
  • Present findings and recommendations to finance and operational leadership
  • Support compliance with internal controls and company policies Qualifications for the Financial Analyst
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, including P&L and cash flow
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • MBA or CPA is a plus Work Environment & Benefits
