Collect, analyze, interpret and report financial and statistical data and present current operating trends and analysis. Prepare and present tailored profitability and performance analysis to facilitate the management decision process. Communicate with business managers to continuously gain an understanding of the operational functions and data needs. Participate in special projects as defined by business needs. Education and Training Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Operations Management. Experience Excellent analytical, computer, and communication skills demonstrated through an internship or previous work experience. One to two years preferred. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications Current modeling, spreadsheet and presentation techniques and applications. Superior analytical skills and abilities. Requisite project management and interpersonal skills. Public speaking and presentation skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with medical, operational, and financial departments.
