Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety guidelines, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation protocols throughout service Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas swiftly, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed in a bustling environment Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing, or hosting in hospitality environments demonstrates guest relations expertise Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
