If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Jenison region seeking Financial Analysts. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Analyze production costs, inventory valuations, and operational expenditures to identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights. Support capital expenditure planning and analysis, including ROI calculations and post-implementation reviews. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects and initiatives. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using Excel and other relevant tools. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.
