Financial Controller

Elevator Properties is seeking an experienced and driven Financial Controller to lead financial operations in a fast-moving, high-volume, and rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations including AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Manage month-end and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards Develop and implement financial systems, controls, and processes Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and decision-making

Qualifications:

Strong background in finance, accounting, or related field required Proven experience in a Controller or senior financial leadership role Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong leadership and communication abilities Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
