Reigata is actively hiring a Full-Time Retail Team Member to support our expanding AT&T campaign in Providence, RI. In this customer-facing retail role, you'll work directly with customers to introduce AT&T wireless and internet services, assist with account management, and deliver a smooth sales experience from start to finish. Retail Team Member:

Engage with customers in a retail environment to present AT&T wireless and internet solutions Build customer relationships through professional, in-person interactions Assist customers with account setup, upgrades, billing questions, and service changes Explain products, promotions, and service options clearly and confidently Manage customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail Work collaboratively with the retail sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals Maintain organized customer records and follow company standards throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, wireless sales, or commission-based sales environments is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable initiating conversations and guiding customers through purchasing decisions Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced retail setting Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset Why Join Navrei Inc.?
