The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction practices, with the ability to lead projects from start to finish. This role requires a commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other trades on construction sites. Duties Oversee and coordinate carpentry projects, ensuring all work is completed to high standards. Fabricate and install fixtures, cabinets, and trim with precision. Perform flooring installation and metal stud framing as required. Suspended ceiling system installation Collaborate with electricians for electrical installations related to carpentry work. Various Drywall Finishes Textures is a Plus Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices in best practices and techniques. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure project timelines are met. Experience Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in fixture installation, trim carpentry, flooring installation, cabinet installation, and metal stud framing. Drywall Finishing is a Plus Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
