Cohoes, NY 12047 On Site Work Ref# 246459 We are seeking a bright, energetic, and client-focused Client Analyst to support a fast-paced Executive Wealth Management office within a global financial services environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative or operations support experience who are interested in growing within the financial services industry. The Client Analyst will serve as a key point of contact throughout the client onboarding process and support a variety of operational, administrative, and client service activities. Key Responsibilities Manage pipeline of new business opportunities within Salesforce Support onboarding, data management, and contracting processes Prepare, submit, and track new accounts through funding Introduce clients to online tools and provide website feature overviews Monitor and resolve client billing and contract issues Schedule client meetings and support quality-related counseling requirements Assist with tax season activities including tax return quality control, estimated payments, and e-filing Prepare documentation for third-party investment accounts and coordinate issue resolution with Data Integration teams Complete paperwork related to asset transfers and account service requests, including banking services, statement LOAs, POA documentation, and beneficiary designations Interface with internal departments to support investment and operational activities Support Special Investments and Private Equity requests Coordinate with Fixed Income teams regarding keep/sell analyses and funding exceptions Manage client data updates and maintenance activities Initiate and track Annual Letter Mailings Complete required callbacks and knowledge-based authentication processes Handle positive and negative consent client communications, exception tracking, and documentation comments Act as a regional subject matter expert for rollout of new policies, procedures, and operational initiatives Request Morningstar reports from Private Wealth Management teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2-5 years of experience in a professional corporate environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong client service and teamwork skills Financial services experience preferred but not required SIE certification preferred but not required If converted to a permanent role, candidates would be required to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 licenses through company sponsorship.Similar remote jobs
