Our mission is simple:

help families and businesses rebuild after disaster quickly, compassionately, and professionally. We're expanding our team and looking for a motivated Fire Chaser to be the first point of contact for property owners impacted by fire damage. About the Role As a Fire Chaser, you'll be on the front lines responding to active fire scenes, connecting with homeowners, and offering immediate support and restoration solutions. You'll work closely with local fire departments and our internal restoration team to ensure fast, effective service when people need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor local fire activity and respond promptly to fire scenes (using our mobile app) Engage with property owners to offer assistance and restoration services Build rapport and trust in high‑stress, emotional situations Document property conditions and coordinate with estimators/project managers Maintain strong relationships with fire departments and first responders Meet lead‑generation and conversion goals What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to stay calm, compassionate, and confident during crisis situations Self‑starter with a hunter mentality and drive to succeed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends required) Sales or restoration experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive commission structure + performance bonuses Paid training and ongoing mentorship Company apparel and marketing materials A mission‑driven team that values integrity, urgency, and impact
