Fire Season Sanitation Technician/Driver

Position is

Responsible For:

Safely operate a waste/porta potty pump truck while delivering and servicing portable toilets and sinks, as well as pumping grease traps and RV tanks as requested. Execute all tasks according to the established delivery and collection schedule, and proactively suggest enhancements. Contribute to a collaborative environment by offering constructive feedback professionally. Adhere to and exemplify all relevant company policies and procedures. Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and secure storage of company equipment and materials. Verify the proper functionality of equipment by conducting routine operational checks. Maintain consistent communication with supervisors to ensure prompt service delivery at job sites. Immediately identify and report any equipment or mechanical malfunctions. Perform minor repairs on vehicles and machinery as needed. Conduct daily pre - and post-trip vehicle inspections; report any issues or damage on the VCR Comply with all DOT and internal regulations and guidelines. Offer insightful contributions and recommendations regarding customer service, routing, or other procedures related to porta potty pump truck routes/jobs. Maintain a professional demeanor and strictly adhere to driver uniform standards.

Required Qualifications and Abilities:

Must have a driver's license in good standing. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities. Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent educational attainment. Absence of significant traffic violations or accidents within the preceding three years. Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service. Robust documentation and communication skills. Capacity to acquire new skills and undertake additional responsibilities. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting. Successful completion of a background check, deemed satisfactory to INW standards. Negative result(s) on pre-employment drug testing. Adherence to professional standards that reflect the values of INW. Physical Requirements Capacity to lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Capability to perform a range of physical movements, including lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, twisting, and stooping. Competence in using and ascending ladders. Capability to work in noisy, dirty environments as well as exposure to unpleasant odors and materials. Proficiency in driving under all seasonal weather conditions. Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
