This position is based on a 40-hour work week with an hourly pay rate of $18.4111 - $23.3870. This position is part of the Public Employees Union (PEU). Working at the Utilities Building located at 1900 2nd Avenue North, Lake Worth, FL 33461. In addition, this position offers:

JOB SUMMARY
Under close supervision, performs a variety of complex administrative duties associated with Building Division permits; and performs related duties as assigned.

  • Schedules building inspections
  • Results contract and private provider inspections
  • Issues permits
  • Scans paper building permit applications
  • Answer permit status questions
  • Permit resend and document sending
