We're looking for a Memory Care Manager to join our team and help create a warm, nurturing environment for our residents. In this role, you'll oversee the overall performance and delivery of our Memory Care program, ensuring it's as exceptional as the team that provides it.

What You'll Do:

Maintain resident health records and ensure compliance with state and company standards Advocate for residents, developing creative, person-centered interventions Create staffing schedules, hire and manage Memory Care staff, and help them thrive Coordinate community resources to support residents' needs and enrich their lives

What You'll Bring:

Associate's or higher degree preferred. One year of progressive management experience required. A minimum of two years' experience relevant to memory care is required. Experience in senior living setting preferred.
