Our client, a government agency supporting electoral processes, is seeking a Voting Ballot Inspector to join their team. As a Voting Ballot Inspector, you will be part of the Election Support team supporting the voting process. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and a neat appearance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

5-hour shifts, weekends included (October 19th - November 3rd, 2026) What's the Job? Assist voters by greeting them with a friendly smile and guiding them on how to insert their ballots into the SBIS Ensure the ballot box remains attended and secure at all times Follow scheduled shifts and adhere to designated hours during the election period Maintain a neat and professional appearance, avoiding casual attire such as shorts or jeans Notify supervisors during breaks to ensure continuous coverage of the voting station What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided Ability to work full availability during the specified dates and hours Must pass a drug test (Oral - 10 Panel) and a criminal background check Neat appearance and friendly demeanor Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail What's in it for me?
