Reviews outgoing correspondence for grammical accuracy, procedural agreement, aircraft technical manuals and factual inconsistencies, tachments, enclosures, des, and signures. General Office Support Responsible for assigned administrive and technical files such as certificed operor and designee case files in accordance with agency directives. Determines need for new files, inities action to cree files, prepares file folders, dividers, and labels. Maintains administrive/technical library with includes orders, notices, Federal Aviion Regulions (FARs), Master Minimum Equipment Lists (MMELs), aircraft technical manuals and advisory circulars, etc. Assures th charts and office logs are kept current. Coordines organizion's schedule with regard to inspectors' schedules, flight checks, exams, itineraries and coordines supervisor's appointment schedule. Prepares time and tendance forms for organizion personnel, maintain supporting documention, and submit to approprie payroll office. Communicion Receives incoming telephone calls, answers inquiries, and directs incoming calls appropriely. Interacts with the public (both domestic and foreign, when applicable) and other FAA offices.
