Job Description We are hiring a professional Armed Security Officer (Flex Officer) to support daily operations and provide coverage as needed. This position requires a verified background in law enforcement or military service and the ability to operate in a structured, high-responsibility environment. This is a flex position, meaning candidates must be adaptable, reliable, and available to respond when needed.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine patrols to ensure safety and security Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) and report suspicious activity Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies Control access points and verify credentials Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures Complete detailed incident and activity reports Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency personnel when needed

Qualifications:

Active Florida Class D & G Licenses Prior law enforcement or military background (must be verifiable) Valid driver's license with clean record Strong communication and report writing skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle incidents professionally Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Pay:

$25.00•$28.00 per hour
