Job Title:
Fleet Coordinator, Fuel and Telematics Reports To :
Fleet DOT Supervisor FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for supporting the Fleet Compliance team in the administration of the telematics and fuel program; software, hardware, data, and reporting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Daily administration of Fuel software. Produce all reports as needed using the Fuel software and INTREN's ERP. Utilizes logistics strategies and processes as developed within the Fleet Compliance team. Collaborates with purchasing and operations teams to ensure fuel cards, tanks, and mobile fueling is adequately planned for and scheduled and supports process improvements where possible. Collaborates with purchasing and operations teams to ensure telematics equipment is adequately planned for and scheduled and supports process improvements where possible. Uses analytical tools and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement. Support the Corporate Fleet team on special projects. Maintains various database files and data/reports in the Company's ERP, Fuel systems, and Telematics. Serves as backup for all members and responsibilities of the Fleet Compliance team. Completes other duties as assigned. Daily administration of Telematics software. Produce all reports as needed using the telematics and fuel software's and INTREN's operating system Internal and External Compliance reporting
  • Legal and internal compliance Assists with vehicle/equipment upfit preparation.
Responsible to triage all emails and phone calls from the field regarding Telematic and fuel needs. Help with all Storm related needs for operations.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school degree or equivalent. Some college preferred. Effective analysis/problem-solving and decision making. Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word and Excel. Experience with Vista Viewpoint or similar ERP system preferred. Preferred, but not mandatory, candidate with basic understanding of construction vehicles and equipment. Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet varying deadlines. Excellent customer service skills.
