Join our photography studio team as a Seasonal Customer Associate at Harmann Studios Inc. What will I do as a Customer Care Associate in this role? Working as a liaison with an exciting Team of photographers and school faculty members, you will assist students and parents through the process of school "picture day" photography sessions by answering questions and providing guidance to ensure appropriate communications and completion of order forms and other related documentation. What skills and abilities do I need to become successful in this role? A strong desire and ability to work within a Team environment. Possess an outgoing, fun, yet professional personality. Ability to greet and guide school staff, parents, and students of all ages in a professional manner. Be detail oriented with good customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge. Adaptable to early morning/mid-afternoon schedules (School operational hours). What tools, support, and benefits will I be provided? Assist in the set-up and organization of photography and technical equipment, marketing materials and other documentation, to conduct and process student school photos, working closely with school staff members, parents, and students. Requirements Must maintain an active driver's license and reliable transportation. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a professional third-party background screen.
