As a Flight Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly (within 15 minutes) to charter quote requests and client inquiries. Prepare detailed trip itineraries while coordinating all logistics, including aircraft scheduling, crew duty/rest compliance, overflight permits, fuel arrangements, and FBO coordination. Monitor and track all flights, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays. Arrange and oversee crew logistics (transportation & accommodations). Ensure seamless passenger experience, handling ground transportation, catering, and special requests. Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For:

Aviation experience preferred (corporate flight operations, scheduling, or charter sales). Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation scheduling software ( Avinode/Schedaero a plus! ). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure. Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Position Details:

Part-time | W-2 Employee | 30 hours/week

Annual Salary:

$31,200 - $39,000 (DOE)
