Float RN Case Manager at St. Luke's Health System in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description At St. Luke's, our dedicated team of Case Managers are critical in providing exceptional, patient-centered care. Position Overview:
The RN Case Manager collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop and manage personalized care plans for an assigned caseload. •

Schedule:
10 Hour Shifts with weekend rotation
Benefits:
Full Benefits with hospital contributions
Additional Pay:
Cert Pay available for qualifying certifications AND shift differentials
Bonuses:

Qualifications:
Education:
Associates of Nursing Degree/Diploma Bachelor of Nursing Degree
Experience:
2 years of RN experience
Licenses/Certifications:
