POSITION SUMMARY
The floor tech is to implement facility cleanliness, buffing and waxing floors, and trash around the facility. The floor tech will work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance director.
QUALIFICATIONS
: The floor tech candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in industrial floor care
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
: The floor tech will be responsible for cleanliness in the facility. Buffing Floors. Emptying Facility Trash. Notify the supervisor when supplies are needed. Notify the supervisor when the equipment is in need of repair. Notify the supervisor when the area of the facility is in need of repair.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
: Have the ability to safely perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
WORK SCHEDULE
: As assigned, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays; non-exempt position
