Floor Technician

Responsibilities Operate auto scrubbers, low-speed, and high-speed floor machines to clean and maintain floors. Perform stripping and waxing of floors as needed. Conduct hard surface and carpet cleaning according to established procedures. Occasionally clean windows and other surfaces as assigned. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times. Work collaboratively with other janitorial staff to ensure the facility is clean and presentable. Qualifications Experience operating floor cleaning machines is preferred but not required. 2-3 years of floor work experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 6pm-2am Valid driver's license.

$20/yr - $25/yr
